Sugary Drinks Law Blocked By New

A law that was set to go into effect in New York City today limiting the consumption of large sugary drinks to 16 ounces at restaurants, theaters and other establishments was blocked yesterday by a New York state judge. Mayor Bloomberg's fight on the health effects of sugary drinks will continue by immediately filing an appeal on the judge's ruling. Mayor, we know your heart is in the right place!
